As we anxiously prepare to reopen our Crystal Mountain Realty office on May 7, 2020, we’ve created new and improved protocols to help keep our clients, customers and team members safe as we all navigate this “new normal.”
We’ve listed below many of the safety measures you can expect when visiting Crystal Mountain Realty’s office or touring property with one of our team members. In order for our clients, customers and team members to stay well and reduce COVID-19 exposure we are:
- Disinfecting surfaces and high touch points throughout the office multiple times per day
- Limiting the number of people in our office at one time
- Maintaining a 6’ social distance with others
- Wearing masks during office visits and property tours
- Reducing the amount of paper passed between clients, customers and agents, using electronic delivery to the extent possible
- Whenever possible requesting prior to tours that the seller turn on lights and open all interior doors
- We recommend to sellers to disinfect surfaces before and after showings
- In addition to asking clients not to touch any surfaces, we are requesting the use of masks, gloves and the removal of shoes or the use of provided shoe coverings, during home and condo property tours
- Limiting tours to a maximum of four people
Our office hours in the near term will be 10am-4pm Monday through Saturday and other times by appointment. When visiting the office, we ask that you please knock at the office door and wait for one of our team members to greet you before entering.
