FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP

Fractional ownership is an alternative to whole ownership and a unique way to own an up-north ‘home.’ It provides the joys of fully-deeded property ownership at Crystal Mountain, but at a fraction of the cost.

Crystal offers two fractional ownership formats, quarter and eighth: Our quarter-ownership properties – Kinlochen and the Cottages at Water’s Edge – offer 13 weeks per year of deeded ownership, which comes out to roughly one week per month. Our eighth-ownership properties – the Bungalows at Crystal Glen and the Inn Residences – offer six weeks a year of deeded ownership. With eighth-ownership, there is a winter-only option, a summer-only option and an all-season option.

With both fractional formats, the annual schedule is determined in advance, and rotates from year to year. You can use all or a portion of your deeded weeks, and place it on rental through Crystal Mountain when not in use. In addition, Crystal’s fractional properties also qualify for RCI (Resort Condominiums International) membership.
