Barr Park Taking Form

It is exciting to have a front row seat to the evolution of Barr Park. This past week, the resort’s grounds team planted 2,525 flowers and grasses, 92 shrubs and seven trees. As our master gardener says, “That’s a lot of holes to dig!” Future plans call for the addition of waterscaping and more hardscaping. On June 29, Barr Park will be officially dedicated and a sculpture created by the park’s namesake, David Barr, will be unveiled within the tree bosque at the park’s SE corner. Barr Park is bound to be a favorite gathering place for Crystal’s owners and guests.
