Farm-To-Table Dining Series

The Farm-to-Table dining series at the Thistle Pub & Grille brings the fresh flavors of northern Michigan the third weekend of each month, now through September. The Crystal Mountain chefs work with local farms, making personal visits to many of them, to build a custom three-course menu. This series is a clear example of the resort’s commitment to the sustainability of the local food movement and the role that the restaurants play in it.
